To create an account and log in to On.Claims, you will receive a notice by mail or email with a unique registration key and link. Remember to whitelist the domain www.on.claims and check your spam and junk folders. Click or visit the link in the notice, or go to the registration page and add your email, registration key, and EIN (if applicable). If you do not have a registration key and link, you should contact the estate you believe you have a claim with, as there is no other way to create an account.
You can view the status of your claim instantly by logging into your On.Claims account. You can easily navigate multiple claims submitted across multiple estates on the overview page.
To expedite your payment, it's important to ensure that your claim is completed on time and
includes all necessary supporting documentation. Questions about the case can be addressed through
the creditor portal. However, it's essential to keep in mind that the analysis process cannot begin until 180-days after the initial claim noticing.
We cannot make any distribution until the analysis is complete, as
we aim to approve and distribute claims efficiently. Unless you have an asset in the estate's
possession, a judgment, a lien, or will suffer irreparable financial harm outside of the money
already owed, holding your questions until post-analysis or until a claims agent reaches out to
you can help speed up the process.
